Smart Contract Audits
Security is fundamental to the design and deployment of the Aurelia Protocol. While DeFi offers powerful new financial primitives, it also exposes users to complex, composable systems that require strict audit discipline and continuous threat monitoring. Aurelia is committed to protecting users and preserving the integrity of its modular architecture through rigorous third-party audits and advanced on-chain monitoring systems.
Upcoming Audits
Aurelia's smart contracts will undergo multiple rounds of professional, independent security audits before launch and prior to every major upgrade. Audit partners include a mix of competitive audit platforms and formal verification specialists. Planned audit phases include:
Initial Scope Audit (Core Contracts): Metavault logic, strategy integrations, vault router, token logic, leverage manager, and ERC-4626 vault implementations.
DEX + Swap Router Audit: Including ERC-4626-wrapped token swaps, wrapping logic, slippage/fee enforcement, and oracle controls.
Lending Market Audit: The dual-market lending system (Main Market and Single-Asset Vaults), including liquidation mechanics and interest rate models.
Governance & Emissions Audit: xAUR locking, voting logic, emissions controller, and gauge system (including bribes and vote syncing).
Ongoing Audits (Pre/Post Launch): Additional reviews for newly whitelisted strategies (e.g., GMX, Pendle, Morpho, Euler) and protocol upgrades.
These audits will be conducted by top-tier security firms. Any findings will be transparently disclosed and remediated prior to deployment. All audit reports will be made publicly accessible in the Aurelia documentation repository.
